Rowdy: This program is much more than just emailing a PDF. It does allow you to do direct markups and it sends you reminders daily as to the status of the document. You should check it out, it really has a lot of potential. It does get pricey if you have a super busy agency-type place for for a place with 30 proofs a month it's very affordable.
